Wareham Croquet club at Holme

We’re thrilled to announce that the Wareham Croquet Club will now be playing regularly at Holme for Gardens, bringing a touch of traditional English sport to our beautiful Events Lawn. The club will be setting up every Tuesday and Thursday, offering visitors the chance to watch.

Whether you’re already a fan of the sport or just curious to see what it’s all about, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience croquet up close.

 The Wareham Croquet Club is known for its welcoming spirit, and members are always happy to chat and explain the rules. They welcome new members, so why not have a go?

With the backdrop of the gardens, it’s an ideal way to spend a peaceful morning (although the competition can be fierce!), and then stop for a sociable coffee or lunch in the Orchard cafe after.
