We have a large indoor shop area with all sorts of interesting gifts and cards for every occasion. We have gradually increased the range of products and pretty things over the last few years from socks and soaps, to mugs and mittens, everything to help you select the ideal presents for friends and family, whatever the occasion.

Houseplants are really on trend and Holme has a good selection for every room of the house, and the pots to go with them too. A perfect way to add a little bit of the tropical feel, plus clean air and colour to your home. Please ask if you are unsure which plant will do best for your chosen setting.

House Plants

Holme stocks the garden essentials of welly boots and gardening gloves. There really is a glove for every job in the garden, from gently weeding to tackling the fiercest of thorns and brambles. We also have garden clogs and waterproof fur boots.

Footware & Gloves

The large giftware department has something for everyone, from pretty china and useful household gadgets, to sweetly perfumed lavender soaps and handcreams. Great for shopping for gifts for friends and family.

Gifts

We all love seeing the birds in our gardens so to help you encourage more into yours. Holme has a good range of feeders and foodstuffs to cater all year round for all our feathered friends. Don’t forget the hedgehogs and squirrels too.

Holme loves cards and stocks local artists and well known brands so you will be guaranteed to find just the right card for every occasion for all your friends and family.

Cards + Gift Wrap

In our book department you will find lots of children’s books, puzzle books and novels from well known and new authors. Just the thing to while away an hour or two, or great gifts for friends and family.

Why not please man’s best friend with a new toy, ball or chewy delicious treat whilst they are here, they bring us so much pleasure so let’s give them a reward too.

Dog Treats

Holme has our own dedicated delivery van which can deliver to your door weekly or by prior arrangement. Please ask staff if you are buying too much to take home, or just want a delivery at your convenience.

Delivery

Holme privilege card gains you loyalty points every time you use it at any till. You can spend these points twice a year on anything you like, so sign up next time you visit and show your cards at the tills in the café and garden centre. A privilege plus card for £10 a year gives you 10% off all garden plants, well worth considering if you are a keen gardener or completing a one off project in your garden. Till staff will advise you on which card is best for you.

Holme Card

Perfect for an hour or a day’s wandering amongst the flowers and shrubs in our large planted gardens, full of interesting features including borders, ponds, woods and wildlife whatever time of year you visit. Purchase a sticker here and enjoy nature, fresh air and the views.

We have our own Holme vouchers which can be spent in the café or garden centre, with no time limit on them. Perfect for presents and easy to send. We also stock National Garden Gift Vouchers which can be used all over the country.
